Matthew’s professional experience ranges from heading international marketing in China and developing brands in the US, to leading development for nonprofit organizations. His diverse background in corporate advertising and the nonprofit sector provide Matthew with a unique vision into successful nonprofit marketing and fundraising. As an avid web programmer, in his spare time, Matthew always has several side projects going on - his most recent being donorwiki.org.

Mary Leakey
Senior OD Consultant
Mary’s passion for the social sector was sparked through her experiences growing up, and working on a number of community development initiatives, in rural Kenya. Graduating from SOAS in London, with a degree in development and geography, Mary moved back to Africa – this time to Southern Africa – to take up a position managing programs, fundraising and communications, for a regional HIV organisation. Her travels continued earlier this year when she joined the Pari team as Best Practice Director in January 2012.

Caroline Mitic
Art Director
While finishing a Fine Arts degree, Caroline discovered graphic design by accident, and has never looked back. Since then, she has worked for Monday Magazine, Epicure Selections, Camosun College and a myriad of her own clients, as a designer and photographer. She fled the cold in Canada to join the Pari team in January 2012 where she specializes in brand identity, typography, website design and event photography. She also enjoys music, creative writing, and giving Matt Harp a hard time.
